Ixban is our first Guatemalan coffee for the year. It comes from the well known region of Huehuetanango. Eight hard working smallholder farmers banded together to pick and dry only the ripest Pache, Bourbon and Caturra cherries. Through collaboration and hard work they've produced a cup that's sweet, well rounded and a little decadent.
Suitable for espresso and filter brewing. Best served black. Enjoy within four weeks of roast date.
