Flavours in coffee are the result of many complex factors, but terroir is one that we cherish the most. Jesus Sabillon grows his Parianema and Pacamara coffee trees in one of the most striking coffee growing regions we’ve ever traveled to.

Preservation of dense rainforest surrounding his farm ‘Finca El Pepenance’ allows Jesus to harness a unique microclimate and produce a refined cup full of sweetness and complexity.

Method

Suitable for espresso and filter brewing. Best served black. Enjoy within four weeks of roast date.
