Musa Abalulessa is a smallholder farmer from the Jimma region of Ethiopia. His farm sits at 2000 - 2150 metres above sea level. His coffee is a high quality natural process coffee - meaning delicate lavender florals, pleasant guava and preserved lemon as a result of controlled drying of the cherry.
It's best enjoyed without milk as an espresso, filter or over ice after a morning on the saddle.
Suitable for espresso and filter brewing. Best served black. Enjoy within four weeks of roast date.
