We're proud to have Pedro Moreno's coffee on our menu once again. Our relationship with Pedro spans almost a decade and he's one of the most sought after farmers in the acclaimed Santa Barbara region of Honduras.
This is the second coffee from El Cedral, Santa Barbara we've featured this month. The last - Maria Olimpia - hasn't skipped a year on our menu since we first visited her farm in 2015. Pedro Moreno was one of the first farmers to produce coffee in the region. Growing Pacas and Bourbon varieties on one hectare of land, Pedro chooses to farm without pesticides or fertilizer to enrich the biodiversity on his farm and for the quality of his coffee.
